2-8 CELLsium™ medium for short-term cell storage

2-8 CELLsium is a cytoprotective, protein free, ready-to-use bio-solution without Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) for the short-term storage of cells or tissue. For short-term storage, add cold (2-8 °C) 2-8 CELLsium at a recommended cell concentration of 1 x 106 mL to 8 x 106 mL. The 2-8 CELLsium can be removed after centrifugation, cell concentration adjusted and transferred to an appropriate culture flask with growth medium. It will keep the cells healthy while in a temporary senescent phase, unlike regular growth media, which cannot. Application Notes For laboratory use. Not for injection.
