Preparation Method
: The antiserum is prepared by hyperimmunizing goats with highly purified dog complement C3; antiserum is made specific by solid-phase absorption. The resulting antiserum has 0.1% sodium azide and has been filtered through a 0.22 µm filter, vialed and lyophilized.
