: By immunoelectrophoresis; the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on rabbit IgG and with the light chains common to most rabbit immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins; but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
Typical Working Concentration
: 1:500 to 1:5,000 for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections. 1:5,000 to 1:100,000 for ELISA and Western Blots with chromogenic substrates 1:10,000 - 1:200,000 for Western Blot with ECL substrates It is recommended that the individual lab obtain their own optimal working dilution for their particular assay.
