Application Notes
The chromatography gel can be used for purification of rabbit immunoglobulins (See Protocol for Affinity Purification). With appropriate elution buffers, the gel may be re-used.

Because the product is directed against whole IgG; some antibodies are expected to bind light chain sites common to all immunoglobulins.
