TCH® defined serum replacement, 50X concentrate, 20 mL

TCH® is a fortified, multipurpose serum replacement for long-term culturing of primarily human cells and the production of cell secreted proteins. TCH® Defined Serum Replacement shows following features: A universal serum replacement that supports human and mammalian cells; completely free of virus, mycoplasma and other infectious agents; contains no growth factors, steroid hormones, animal proteins or phenol red. TCH® is also effective in culturing other mammalian cells without the use of animal proteins. TCH is packaged as a 50X concentrate. Therefore, 10mL will produce 500mL of growth medium. Application Notes TCH® Defined Serum Replacement is highly effective in the production of biologicals, as well as in culturing other mammalian cells. This serum replacement is effective in research situations such as studying the effects of growth factors or in the manufacturing of cell derived products.
